Newton After-School Program Registration
Newton Sites:
-The WSCC Newton Program opens 2 locations in 2024-25 school year:
UCW site: Union Church Waban, 14 Collins Rd, Newton MA 02468
NPC site: Newton Presbyterian Church, 75 Vernon St, Newton MA 02458
-- Signup and Enrollment procedure 报名程序:
Step 1) 登记Click to fill out a Google Form(NASP) to signup. After submitting it, you should receive a response email with the information you have provided and a link of “Edit Response” so you can make a change later.
Step 2) 填注册表View and download the Enrollment Form for 2024-25(NASP)
- Selection of Enrollment Days and Fees
- Child Information
- Parent/Guidance Information
- The First Aid and Medical Care Consent Form
- The Transportation Plan and Authorization Form
- Minor Release and Hold Harmless Agreement
Individual Healthcare Plan (IHCP) and Emergency Medicine if your child has a chronic health condition such as nuts, milk allergy etc.
(to be submitted on the first day of the new school year, if not sooner)
Step 3) 递交Submit completed Enrollment Form and deposit (Reg fee + 1 month tuition)
3.1)You can upload the filled Enrollment form in pdf using the “Edit Response” link from Google response email.
Or submit filled registration form to wscc.asp@gmail.com as an attachment.
Make sure you have email title with "child name -2024-25 NASP registration form" for easy tracking the record.
3.2)Payment methods
* Zelle transfer using email wscc.info@gmail.com as business recipient.
Remember to write child's name and purpose in the memo for easy tracking.
**You may use Online Banking Bill Pay function to setup payment. Write "child name -NASP Deposit 2024-25" on the check memo for easy tracking your payment.

3.3) Your enrollment is confirmed upon receiving of your registration form and deposit check.
Step 4) The additional form "Child Pickup Authorization Form" may be needed for elementary students, contact your child's school about its requirement.
